Appreciated Surabaya, the hotel was GREAT the next office building. The property was in a good position so close to the restaurant and big shopping mall and the surrounding area. There was a wide range of great meals.

Tbh, rooms were a little uncomfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay at a brand new hotel with a modern style. The rooms were spacious and well designed, with a high quality mattress and pillows. The hotel had excellent workmanship and used great accessories and materials. The staff, though in need of a bit more training, provided friendly and good service. Despite a few minor issues, the overall experience was excellent for the price asked. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfy bed and spotlessly clean room made for an excellent stay during New Year's. the extra-large King size bed added to the comfort factor. the hotel's efficient reception made everything hassle-free. the breakfast menu was impressive, catering to a variety of tastes. Plus, the pool was lovely, and you could forget you were on a busy road.

Although the hotel was clean and comfy, the knob on the door was irritating and made a noisy sound when tapped. Noise could also be heard from the adjacent room.

We enjoyed the full body massage and foot massage at the spa center. the pool with a view and sun terrace added to the relaxing experience. the restaurant served delicious halal food with special diet menus catering to all needs. In-room breakfast was prompt and satisfying.

There was a minor issue with the internet speed which was a little slow.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall, where guests can easily find everything they need. Everything in the surrounding area is clean and well-kept. the restaurant on level two has excellent food choices for breakfast, with a great mix of Indonesian, Asian and International breakfast. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen.

Communication with the housekeeping phone staff and their housekeeping staff could have been better.

The modern decoration and the spacious suites were the best aspects of my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location close to shops and attractions. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff was unresponsive and it took multiple requests to get simple amenities, such as extra towels. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were signs of wear and tear on the furniture.
